Which location should I contact or visit?

Can I order prescriptions and healthcare products online?

Yes, please see our online store. For Prescription Refills, you'll need your doctor to write your prescription.


 

How much is shipping?

Please visit our Delivery Service page for information on our home delivery costs. Prescription delivery within Vancouver is free. All other products and service areas require a delivery fee. Please note that you may pick up your order at either of our locations for no charge.


How can payments be made online or in-store?

In-store and online payments can be made the following ways:

  • Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard or American Express can be used at time of purchase. For online orders, your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

 


Can my prescriptions be auto refilled?

At this time we do not offer auto refills for prescription items.


Will I be notified when my order is ready to be picked up?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail when your prescription or healthcare order is ready to be picked up. If you've chosen home delivery, you will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped. To ensure that you receive order-related e-mails from us, please add orders@macdonaldsrx.com to your e-mail program's address book.

Please note that all orders are shipped out within 24 hours, unless items are on backorder.
