Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
  2. Package the Item: Safely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent damage during transit. Include any accessories, documentation, or promotional items that came with the product.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking information for your records.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
